Work room sketch modelling

Paper Model Prototype (1:50)
A quick miniature depiction of the chosen work room. Built using paper, I aimed to achieve a simplistic depiction demonstrating the key features including the main window and door.

Cardboard Model (1:20)


 Having constructed the simple paper model, I moved onto to constructing a larger and more obvious model. This time using white card with a scale of 1:20. Again ensuring that the features were clear, I began considering what modifications I could make to the chosen room. Whether it be extensions or more extreme changes like the additions of balconies or bathrooms.

Preliminary modification of sketches Having built my accurate scale models of the actual work room, I then set about drawing sketches of the possible modifications I could make to the room. As depicted below I extensively brainstormed the possible additions and renditions including; heightened ceilings, folding door, balcony, additional windows, walk in robes or private bathrooms.  First Paper Rendition of Chosen Room The beginning of me sketch modelling my chosen room, my bedroom. Using paper I constructed a small 1:50 scale rendition of the room.
